Isabela Doná Rodrigues was born in Santos, São Paulo. Within the field of visual arts, mixes hyper-realistic, contemporary, and art-pop techniques in her works. His creative process consists mostly of taking pictures, manipulating through “software” and reproducing by hand what will be shown later. The most recent work explores the relationship of consumer fetishes in major brands known worldwide, reflecting on the deification and massification of a product, whose
production line inflicts social and environmental damage.
In constant evolution, seeks to find an art that “deceives” the viewer's gaze, proposing to “play” with the hyper-realist technique in conventional and unconventional supports. His research takes as a guideline to understand the historical aspects of hyperrealism and, using it as a platform for a critical and experimental view.
